David, the trading today was really interesting. Prior to today, there was a fairly large risk premium (for the deal not going through) built into the arbitrage position between INPR and CORL. The premium is now only about 1% (discounting for the TVM). This indicates to me that the deal is off at 0.747. I wonder if we will see Inprise priced at a premium in the next few days. Personally, I don't care what the conversion is, I'm not voting for it. If Dale wants to be the chairman of Corel, he should send them his resume! Dennis
