Turs: Nice pick up. I remember reading your post when I was doing some due dilligenceand just stayed away (should have shorted). So thanks for those posts. Anyway. From your two posts the SEC would not have to issue guidance (that sounds like a bogus excuse) on revenue recognition. GAAP is pretty clear on revenue recognition guidelines and while you can stretch the guidelins in all likelyhood the auditors picked this up in the year end review and let the company know they couldn't give a clean opinion. (I'm just guessing though). Lets see how many shares the insiders have sold since the auditors questioned this and the press release. I'd say the CFO is toast and he'll probably bring down the CEO. Remember what happended to IFMX. This company is headed for single digits. I can't believe it bounced today and it can mean the lights go out. Watch business run from a company like this.
