How come nobody is moaning & groaning today about CPQ's performance, vis-a-vis the rest of the boxmakers?

Final results for the day:

AAPL: +6.86%
CPQ: +4.92%
HWP: +3.04%
IBM: +0.66%
DELL: +0.22%
GTW: -1.18%
MUEI: -2.64%

Now, if you'd really wanted to latch on to a hot boxmaker, you should have bought AAPL! It's been on a tear the last few days -- the proper reward for a turn-around. Now, if CPQ would just turn around a little faster...

To put things into a slightly longer time perspective, here is the two-week performance for all of the above:

DELL: +23.8%
CPQ: +21.0%
AAPL: +18.1%
IBM: + 7.5%
HWP: + 3.7%
GTW: - 3.7%
MUEI: - 9.2%

So-- kwitcher whinin'! <g> Or else, go out and buy some DELL!
