the price differential between JDSU and ETEK does not indicate anything Unless ETEK or JDSU management say explicitly that the deal is off, then you can be sure it is on track except that it is taking more time. Wrong. Sorry to say, but these are very naive comments. The market is indeed telling us something. ETEK shareholders (myself included) should be concerned. Hopefully it turns out to be nothing, and this was nothing but a big buying opportunity. MTS
