Sector, The KVH phone is an inmarsat Mini-M, which requires an attache-case sized antenna, or (in the case of KVH's marine phone, a bulb-shaped attachment). It would probably be classified as "transportable" rather than portable. Additionally, it is Geo rather than Leo, with the several disadvantages that implies.
