HOUSTON, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ``ADAIR INTERNATIONAL OIL & GAS, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board: AIGI - news), a Houston based energy company with exploration activities planned for 2000 in the Middle East, South America and the Continental United States acquired its listing on the Hamburg Exchange,' stated John W. Adair, Chairman.

The Hamburg Stock Exchange is not only the most traditional one in Germany, but also the most modern. According to an official announcement from the Hamburg Stock Exchange, trading in the BOSS system is being executed more professionally than by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's XETRA system. This announcement stated that ``Since 4th January, 1999, Hamburg's leading brokers have been guaranteeing that all orders which are issued via the BOSS system at the moment when prices are established, are being better executed for the customer than would simultaneously happen in the XETRA system. Because of that, executing orders via the Hamburg Stock Exchange is more economical than by the XETRA electronic trading system.'

The Hamburg Stock Exchange is centrally situated in Hamburg's important banking quarter and has the largest banking establishment in the whole of Germany, with 60 German banks and 37 foreign banks having located their headquarters in Hamburg. A further 135 banks have a branch in Hamburg and as a result the Hamburg Stock Exchange is a perfect platform for both companies and investors. Adair is also listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
