Greg YES ! Hal has been giving buy signals, but Hal also gives a RISK/REWARD ratio. Sorry to say, but Hal is stuck in neutral since 109 on Mar 1, 2000. Hopfully Hal will see better RISK/REWARD ratios in the future. But don't let Hal stop you, go for it ! Short or Long !!! Larry Dudash
