Thanks, Dog. (Great handle! I used to live in NY and miss Mike and the Mad Dog on the Fan--.) The PR announcing the Cinergy deal says explicitly that it's an internal rollout, although Cinergy would certainly be a good candidate to put together a B2B e-marketplace for the energy industry.
