Hey! What's the matter you. (Please, please fellow PAIR sufferers correct me if I am wrong). The ADCT deal will be a done deal because it is only subject to share holders approval, which I doubt will be withheld ( that would be really stupid). Secondly, in case ADCT decides to bolt, I am pretty sure that there is a significant penalty. If you disagree please let me know. I have not done the research on this, but maybe one of you know this of the top of your hat, i.e. in terms of what the penalty would be if ADCT would pull out of the deal.
