Barry Sandrew, Ph.D., brings over fifteen years in the U.S.
animation and entertainment industry and will work with major

DRM technology in the U.S. entertainment market.

Thomas W. Pomeroy

Thomas W. Pomeroy is Founding Director of SoftBook Press, an
electronic distribution company incorporated in 1996, featuring
the SoftBook Reader(TM), an award-winning personal information
appliance. He was instrumental in defining and securing
publishing relationships with some of the most respected names in
the information industries, including Simon & Schuster, the New
York Times, McGraw-Hill, Dow Jones and Time-Warner. The company
was acquired by Genstar International in January, 2000. Before
founding SoftBook Press, he was Co-President of ImagiNation
Network, a vertical market on-line "community" ultimately
acquired by America Online. Previous experience includes
developing and executing strategies for a unit of Simon &
Schuster, where he Chief Operating Officer, as well as for
MusicWriter, Activision, Inc., and AMR/Voit.

Barry Sandrew, Ph.D.

Barry Sandrew, Ph.D., is president of Global Media Technology,
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of eSat, Inc. At GMT, Dr. Sandrew
identifies develops partnerships and content opportunities within
the entertainment, educational, medical and hospitality
industries that capitalize on the wireless (satellite and
microwave) broadband technology of the parent company. In 1986,
Dr. Sandrew founded American Film Technologies where he invented
the technology for colorizing black and white classic feature
films and received patents in computerized animation and digital
special effects for feature film and TV. During six years with
the company, he established a client base that included: Walt
