Larry FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Analysis Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IAIC) today announced that the Company to date has raised $1,150,000 through a private placement. As a result of this placement, the Company has issued 2,300,000 shares of common stock and 1,150,000 five-year warrants, exercisable at $1.00 per share. The shares and warrants were sold to individual investors.
