The short take, Political in that the high tech companies like SUNW NSCP AOL ORCL and others arrayed against MSFT were active in providing lots of campaign funding to people like Orrin Hatch that oversee agencies that are after MSFT now. Go back several months and you will find articles from the Washington Post, Barron's and many others where various authors believe and point to evidence of the same. So yes it's part political, but Klein may also has a Napoleon complex. Regards,
