Shamrock Resources to raise $900,000 privately Shamrock Resources Inc SHJ Shares issued 11,061,200 Mar 21 close $0.32 Wed 22 Mar 2000 News Release Mr. Gregg Speirs reports Shamrock Resources has agreed to sell, by way of a private placement, up to three million special warrants at a price of 30 cents per special warrant for gross proceeds of $900,000. Each special warrant is convertible into one common share of the company for a period of 12 months at a price of 35 cents per share. The company will use the proceeds received form this private placement for work on its Oro Fino oil and gas project and for general working capital. In addition, the company has agreed to reprice the exercise price of 650,000 outstanding incentive stock options from 44 cents to 30 cents per share. The company has also granted to directors and employees of the company incentive stock options to purchase 1.3 million shares of the company at a price of 30 cents per share for a period of two years.
