Don't really have time to go into details right now, but the largest flash memory card I have seen on the market so far is 16MB for $329. A bit over 20 bucks per megabyte. Just to give you an idea.

That's way down from a year ago, though. If you give them another decade they might be able to get down to only ten times what Zip, Jaz or n.hand storage costs.
