The word tyhee is a common one on the west coast of Canada. It refers to big fish, generally salmon over 30 lbs. These salmon are born in B.C., and leave the province for a good part of their lives. Truly an international ambassador, pretty much on top of the food chain except for a few notable exceptions. B.C. is full of Tyhee points, parks, lodges, etc. Dave
