One more from Hong Kong Broadband heaven: CTEL Lots of news with new associations. Chart: siliconinvestor.com HONG KONG, March 21 (Reuters) - City Telecom (HK) Ltd unit Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd said on Tuesday it formed strategic partnership with 3Com Corp (NasdaqNM:COMS - news), Cisco Systems Inc (NasdaqNM:CSCO - news), Hewlett-Packard Co (NYSE:HWP - news) and Nortel Networks Corp (NYSE:NT - news). The Hong Kong telecommunications firm said in a statement it would announce the partnership at a news conference on Thursday. It gave no further details. biz.yahoo.com
