India Satyam Infoway In Internet JV With Singapore Co PlasticsCommerce.com Thursday, March 23 11:31 AM SGT SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--India's Satyam Infoway Ltd. (SIFY), an Internet service provider, and Singapore's Plasticscommerce.com Pte. Ltd. will form a joint venture to trade plastics products over the Internet, the companies announced Thursday. Satyam Infoway will hold a 53% stake in the venture, with Plasticscommerce.com holding the rest, the companies said. The venture will have an authorized capital of S$1.2 million (US$1=S$1.7121)
