Well said Mark.

I noticed cAPSLOCK's post this evening and was preparing a note about the absence of debt on their balance sheet when I saw that you had already responded.

Another erroneous element was the suggestion that insiders have dumped large amounts of stock. Actually, the amount sold is only a bit more than that required to cover the taxes due upon the exercise of their options. The timing of the most recent sales was dictated by the rather narrow window associated with the latest 10-Q filing and the NASDAQ application. In fact, share positions of insiders have increased and the total held by both Falk and Putnam is substantial.

I don't have a problem with cAPSLOCK's expression of his opinion on this stock. His prior posts demonstrate that he is a serious, responsible investor. We differ on the prospects for e.Digital, (and I suspect that he simply did not understand the balance sheet structure when he made his comment about the debt) but I do think that he is entitled to present his point of view on this board as he chooses.

One of my old Latin teachers taught us the maxim, "De gustibus non est disputantem" (In matters of taste there can be no dispute) and I think that applies here.

(Apologies to Mr. Raispis for the likely misspelling of the above phrase.)
