George: Read the posts in question and the FASB's Statement of Procedure on sofware revenue recognition (issued appx. 2 years ago). There are still gray areas on revenue recognition (but much less than a few years ago) but MSTR isn't even pushing the envelope, they just committed fraud. The CEO, CFO and Controller of this company knew this.
