You say "Dale and the entire leadership of INPR is brain dead IMO" and I would add: so will be INPR if the deal were to be revoked. WS is not known to be a forgiving beast.

It has happened in one biotech company last month or so. Naive phD scientists were about to give away the company, share holders were mad like we are now. The big difference btn INPR and this company is that they listened to share holders and WS appreciated their action for share holders when they realized that they made a mistake. Bottom line is "make money" and "save money" at the end, not "save pride". What's so difficult to say, "Hey, let's start all over. Give me another chance." ? Dale might do his best to rebuild credibility, instead of hoping from board to board. I would! Give INPR fresh make up and repackage it like a new bride to be. There'll be suitors if INPR is REALLY as good as we investors seem to think so.

later,
