Amazing how rumors can fly - glad to see the Alcatel one put to bed. Only goes to show that you do you own DD and trust your gut.

Question though... To what extent does the Justice Department consider non-US concerns? Surely if something favors US-based firms and helps them be more competitive globally then that is a good thing for the US. I fail to understand therefore, why Justice, within limits, cares about foreign concerns. Can someone please explain?
