Butch, Any time that a situation like this develops it can be unsettling, Ross is owned by Fujitsu and Fujitsu can do whatever they want with it, in a practical sense. In my opinion if Fujitsu was going to absorb Ross and aquire the Viper project they would have already done it. Why bother going through the formality of having DKB give them the loans only to reabsorb the company at a later date. I think (but I don't know) that Fujitsu, Ross, and DKB are probably still haggling over the exact terms and conditions of a longer term debt situation.
