blankmind: Wait this the shareholders find out the board approved a reload of all last year employee options @ a $39 strike price and vest in a year vs. the normal 3 year. This is inaddition to the normal November options @ a $52ish strike price. Didn't Donaldson talk about wanting shareholders for the long term in the rejection of the Wellfleet bid? Same management and board just a different face. Time for a quick short scalp. siliconinvestor.com
