BGR, my point is the landlords higher mortgage payment will be passed along to the tenant in the form of higher rent to the extent the market will bear such increases. BTW pick up a dictionary and look up inflation " an abnormal increase in the volume of money and credit resulting in a sustained rise in the general price level" where the dictionary definition is flawed is that it fails to take into account there are several outlets for monetary inflation. mike
