You are right. I think the credibility of INPR management is gone. If the deal goes through - the INPR/CORL company will eventually fade into oblivion, because of Cowpland. If the deal is voted NO - then WS will give thumb down to INPR management. In other words INPR is dead money. I sold most of my position after the announcement. The remaining shares have a zero cost basis for me - since the portion I sold was at a price which is much higher than my total cost basis. I'll use these shares to vote NO on the deal. DF and the BOD at INPR are absolute idiots for signing such a deal.
