There seems to be a lot of optimism that the DOJ suit will be settled soon on favorable terms. Either it will happen (but is already mostly priced in, so might not contribute much of a pop), or people playing the expectation will get tired of waiting and pull out.

I think it's got most of what it's going to get.

But that's JMHO, and certainly not investment advice.
