UK Post Office Adopts IntelliCorp LiveModel Technology; $11 Billion Organization Streamlines SAP R/3 Implementation and Reduces Cost with LiveModel

IntelliCorp LiveModel has enabled the UK Post Office to describe business processes implemented in R/3, including: add-ons, legacy applications, or those performed manually, as well as their integration points. Process steps can be mapped to organizational entities and job roles, end-to-end processes can be documented, and the impact of system or organization changes understood and accommodated.
IntelliCorp's LiveModel has been used for a variety of different projects at the UK Post Office over the past three years, playing a crucial role as they restructure operations to be more responsive to customer needs.
The UK Post Office also created a plan for future enterprise growth with the use of LiveModel by creating 'The Post Office Enterprise Model.' This template has contributed to their business model for new business units.
