Nice recap of the conference call Mark - Thanks.

I'll also mention that they said most CapEx investments
will be focused on data (as opposed to voice) including
DWDM for their long-haul fiber (which they said accounts
for the lions share of their fiber/route miles).

They also said they'd be looking to increase their footprint
by trading capacity in one area to gain capacity in others.

They were asked about the possibilities of a buyout and,
although they didn't rule it out, their response seemed
to indicate that a buyout is not their focus & not imminent.

Price is holding up well today - considering the news.
I think a lot of folks will be holding at least until
the release of the business plan in May. They said they're
not simply planning to file an 8K with the SEC... instead,
they plan to make a bigger splash by doing some sort of
dog & pony show.

New CFO has accepted the job and will be announced 28 March.
Old CFO has offered to stay on to help with the transition.
It does NOT sound like the CFO was forced out nor does it
sound like the CFO was fed up... it sounds more like the CFO
just wanted to slow down and enjoy life at a less hectic pace.
