I am not surprised that the share price has dropped after the meeting. My feeling was that the deal was rather too complex for the average non-involved shareholder and there was no clear indication as to how the common shareholder of Net Shepherd stood to benefit directly from it. The issue was brought up by a shareholder at the meeting but was not satisfactorily addressed IMO. Until the company clarifies this I expect the price to continue to languish. I do believe that the combination of technologies is valuable and makes sense but which entity will end up with the best deal is still an open question.
