OK Thank you Zeev now I understand better. So basically you cut the chart in trading range and look at at the top and bottom for each trading range. Hence you need a rule to say when you are starting a new trading range. It looks like point and figure after all. Do you compute volume within each box to figure out how strong are supports and resistances ? I ask this because It seems to me that more and more one have to take volume into consideration in TA as buying and selling become less and less homogenous.
