Genzyme Molecular Oncology Announces Public
Offering of 3,000,000 Shares of Common Stock

...so, where do you suppose these shares will
be priced? Is $22 1/2 a fair price to pay for
GZMO today knowing that something on the order
of 70M is coming their way? In my mind this
further distances GZMO from Genzyme Corp, and
cements the idea that Genzyme Molecular Oncology
has its own common stock intended to reflect its
value and track its financial performance.
