PowerOne Internetworks has signed a letter of intent to acquire
Britewire.com and offer filtered DSL (Digital Subscriber Line)
nationally.

Presently, Britewire.com, a profitable DSL Internet company in Northern
California, will transition its dial-up and DSL customers to PowerOne
Internetworks, creating the ability to offer "pollution free" DSL.
Presently, PowerOne offers server-filtered Internet access to families,
churches, schools, libraries and businesses that block sites with
pornography and other offensive material through dialup internet
connection. The addition of "pollution free" DSL broadband service is
expected to enhance the Company's B to B (business to business)
