Sam-Dan, This announcement was basically made last year and for whatever reasons was not finalized till yesterday. I believe the recent run and price reflect this news. TRKR stock will go up when we hear the "other" news that many have been waiting for. The Florida deal could generate large revenues but more importantly it lends credibility to the product and could become "ground zero" for many other states looking for similar programs. If TRKR comes through with other anticipated news, than we will see some real movement in the stock price. Tom B.
