Satyam CEO Ramaraju on implications of Clinton's visit.

Satyam Computers chairman Ramalinga Raju sees the Clinton visit as " having important consequences on the role government will play in the new economy ". He says, " As the world is moving towards virtual economy, this will put pressure on the role of governments and Clinton's visit supports such initiatives. India is in a position now where human capital is backing up technical leadership as is prevalent in the emerging e- economy."

The visit, Raju says, will also underline the importance of the changing role of government from being a regulator to a facilitator.
