Are you still here? Or anybody else for that matter.... Anyways, lets hope the company can square up the comments made by the SEC.

Update to Shareholders Regarding
10-SB Registration Statement

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Online Innovation, Inc. (the company)
(OTC Bulletin Board: ONIN - news), creators of VirtuallyDating.com, today announced that, the
Company has now received comments from the Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC') on its
registration statement filed with the SEC on February 1, 2000. The Company is required to address all
SEC comments by April 5, 2000 in accordance with the National Association of Securities Dealers'
(``NASD') Rule 6530 (the OTCBB eligibility rule). If the Company does not inform NASD that it has
cleared all comments raised by the SEC by April 5, 2000, the Company's securities will no longer be
eligible for quotation on the OTCBB. As of March 10, 2000, the Company's trading symbol will be
appended with an ``E', denoting that its securities will be ineligible for quotation and subject to removal
from the OTCBB if it does not inform NASD before April 5, 2000 that it has cleared all SEC
comments on its registration statement and is in compliance with Rule 6530.

Pursuant to comments raised by the SEC, the Company would like to clarify a number of matters set
out in previous news releases. In news releases dated June 1, 1999 and February 7, 2000 the
Company indicated that it intended and was strategically positioned to capture a significant share of an
annual dating industry estimated to be worth between $200 million and $1.2 billion. While management
wishes to eventually be able to capture a significant share of this market, it acknowledges that it will
be difficult to do so and that the goal may be optimistic given that the Company is a development stage
company and will be competing against entities with a more established market presence.
