i bought 15 calls on stratacom back then (a 7,000 dollar investment). stratacom was bought by cisco in a one share for one share merger. i exercised the 15 cisco call contracts. i now have 13,500 shares.

listen to your taxman. there is no such thing as an overpriced put or call. buy them--don't sell them.
