Given the moves in ORCL, SUNW, INTC, CSCO and many other big cap tech names over the last 12-18 months of this DOJ farce, MSFT has lagged. I do not consider it excessive to say that MSFT can be a double or more by the end of the year, once this thing settles.

I hope you are right. My question to you and the thread relates to the "news" that CSCO and MSFT are in a virtual heat for the largest market cap. Can the largest company with respect to market cap double? All else being equal (not realistic, I know), that would make MSFT twice as valuable as the nearest company. Likely or even possible?

I sincerely hope so. It just seems like the law of huge numbers has to come into play at some point. Much easier for my_simple_idea.com to double to a $2Million company than for MSFT to double to a $??Trillion company.

Regards.

Jack
