I use PC Quote 6.0 (RT3) and tried out WOW some weeks ago.

One significant difference is that PC Quote runs independent of a browser, while WOW is browser-based. When I tried WOW that factor caused me grief because every time I went to desktop shortcuts to open other research sites, etc. IE5 would try to seize my WOW window.

Other than that it seemed to work pretty well and in "A/B" quote comparisons they seemed to run quite close.
