What is (was?) the level of institutional ownership of INPR? I have only followed Inprise since the merger to Corel was announced, so it is not clear to me what the real chances of the merger being blocked by shareholder vote are. I cannot imagine INPR shareholders accepting the deal, especially now. Corel has cash flow for operations for 4-5 months, and have announced it isn't going to be much better for 6, so something has to give.

Of course, a breakup fee will double Corel's cash reserve. Ouch.
