"why buy SDL ?" The short answer is, if there is indeed booming demand and limited supply along with high barriers to entry, why wouldn't you buy the company to guarantee more supply for yourself vs. your competitors ? In any case, I hope SDL is not purchased, as there is greater growth for them as an independent than as part of a larger entity. cm
