Question about cyberquant.

i downloaded cybertrader simulator, and wrote a scan in cyberquant, something like:

give me a list of stocks that
1. current price is > top bollinger band
2. current price > 50
3. volume > 100,000

i do get a initial list, however, the list is not updating by minutes (i set refresh freq to max), is the bollinger band filter only means daily chart, can it be used on a 1 min chart? also, how do i get a list of stocks that just break out of a 5-15min tight price range? i can't find a filter for that purpose.

i need those scans for my daytrading.
