I can answer question #2.

There have been four splits during that time frame.
12/17/97---3 for 2
9/15/98----3 for 2
6/22/99----2 for 1
3/23/00----2 for 1

150 shares would have become 1350 shares priced at today's closing price of $77.81, the value of those shares would be worth--$105,043 and change. Please say that you have participated in that runnup.

As for question #1, I don't know how figure the value since today's options were not available in April of 1997, and at which prices you would of had to roll them up is well beyond my understanding of options.
