The rules for applying to NASD for a SmallCap Market listing or National Market listing (the criteria are more stringent for a National Market listing may be found at: nasdaq.com The key criteria is a minimum bid price of US$4 (for the National Market the minimum is US$5), which must be maintained for 21 consecutive trading days. Once application has been made, the share price must also be maintained during the 8 week review period
