I have only been with Webstreet less than a year, and I have had it with them. Online site neither reliable nor user friendly, Customer Service usually doesn't know what they are talking about, and the margin department has serious problems. Fortunately I have kept a log of every conversation along with who said what, and kept every document. Suggest anyone who chooses to use them do the same.
