At 0155 GMT, shares in Mosel were up NT$3.50 (US$1=NT$30.656), or 4.9%, at NT$75.50 on volume of 165.3 million shares. ++++++++++ Memory chipmakers may gain as some investors bet prices of chips may rebound after they declined 42 percent so far this year.
