Anyone interested in fuel cells should look at FuelCell Energy Inc. (FCL) right away.
They make molten carbonate fuel cells starting at 250 kWh for commercial buildings, factories,
utilities, marine applications. FCL FCs run on unreformed natural gas at efficiencies that put
PEMs to shame. When "waste" heat is used to heat space, water, or industrial processes
efficiency is over 70%. They just entered into anew project with DOE to add a turbine to their
system which will raise efficiency to an astounding 90%.

FCL just announced a secondary stock offering that will raise around $100 million - enough for
an FC factory with enough economy of scale to produce units that will make electricity at a total
cost of around 7 cents/kWh - competitive with grid power in most places and much more
reliable than the grid. Multi megawatt installations are being drawn up right now.

The prospectus for the offering reveals that FCL is moving from AMEX to NASDAQ, where it will
be much more liquid. SO > 8 million shares AFTER the new offering. Merrill is the investment
banker, and will naturally be issuing buy recommendations all over the place.
Link to Prospectus in next post.

FCL announced today a deal with a Japanese company with marketing channelks throughout
Asia. Field trials are to be up and running this year.

FCLs market cap is currently only 5.7% of Ballard's and 11.4% of PLUG's, and FCL has already
installed real units for real customers (i.e. mercedes) with more installations this year.
Incredibly, FCL, with 20+ years of development under its belt, fully functional technology, DOE
backing and real customers and sales already has a lower market cap than infant MHTX. FCL's
is the technology with the highest potential to make distributed generation a reality soonest.

FCL was mentioned again today on CNBC and rose 19% today. No time to lose on this one.
