Hi Bill! I've used the Proxinet Web Browser and Qualcomm's PDQ Browser on my Palm IIIx. It is simple and easy to post messages on SI using the Proxiweb browser. The PDQ browser doesn't work often when you try to post messages on SI. I use the real time quotes often on my palm from SI and it works great. The charting function works good too. To be sure, it is not as clear as it would be on your PC. But it's good. I don't usually use the charting function on my Palm. But it is very easy to customize SI on my PalmIIIx.

Part of what bothers me about the PalmVII is that a lot of online brokerages tailor their software for the PalmVII and charge a fee for people to trade on it; while in point of fact you can trade on their site for free using the PalmIIIx and the Proxiweb Browser. I think the Palm IIIx is the better buy and the better connection to the Internet if you use the Proxiweb Browser. Smart Money rated the PalmIIIx as much better than the Palm VII.

SI is extremely compatible with the Proxiweb Browser. The Proxiweb Browser supports graphics. The PDQ browser does not. The messages on the posts come out very clear. The home page is clear enough.
