I hate it but I do agree with you that we will end up having to pay off Cowpland in order to get out of this mess. We most likely will lose in the courthouse because Cowpland will treat the case as a simple contract law argument, and he is right, because our idiotic Fuller and BOD did agree to the deal as is. And there is no point waiting for the vote because first, we might not get a majority no, and second, if we wait for the vote the stock by then will be worth less than the deal-making ability of Dale Fuller.

... and the 30 millions will have been worth it if we also get to see Fuller and the entire BOD leave. Did Borland make a software called PARADOX!? Name the next upgrade Expensive Paradox!

However, I have bad news for us. I now doubt 100% that Fuller and the BOD will call off the deal. They think they will lose face if they do. With that kind of mentality no wonder even a small time dealer like Cowpland ate them whole for breakfast.

My thinking keeps taking me back to Coates. His plan for INPR is great, and he is in a position to start the process going to end this mess. The momentum is here. I wonder what he will do.
