To Cheeky Kid or others on this board: Could someone please tell me why there is no quarterly earnings report for the 4th quarter of 1999. I even looked in the company web site. They have q1,q2 and q3 but no q4. This is now 3rd week of March '00, and still no report on the previous quarter. I realize that they released Direct TV sales numbers. but what about overall earnings. Also being new to this stock (been tracking only since Dec'99), I am bit clueless as to when some of the businesses were disposed off. The reason I am asking that question is because 98 Q4 sales were great (3 times '98 Q1) but Q1 of 99 went back to low levels again. Is this because there is major christmas sales of Direct TV/PC or am I missing something like some businesses discontinued (like that Distribution business). I guess my basic question is why the stock drop from $30 to $15?. Yes, the wireless sector has cooled some, but still ...! Am I missing something like poor (seasonal) first quarter (Q1 '00)numbers relative to q4 of 99?. Someone please enlighten me. Thanks Prakash
