Hello there :) I opted for a Palm Vx with a Minstrel modem (from OmniSky). It's a better mix than the limited memory of the Palm VII and their Palm.net service which is billed out in by the byte (which gets expensive over time). The OmniSky service is currently in beta and free. Once the beta is complete, the service will cost no more than $49.99 per month for unlimited access. My current cellular company offers unlimited wireless access for PDAs (and laptops) for $39.99 per month so the pricing is competetive. The applications are becoming more useful - as long as you remember a PDA is limited in functionality than a PC. I'll tell you this, I fire up my Palm for email before firing a PC.
